Criteria for Membership

Access statement, referring where possible to external audits and assessments
Customer service statement, referring where possible to external awards and customer feedback
Commitment to promote the work of the group as a whole, rather than their specific organisation
Commitment to contribute to annual marketing fund of between £700-1000 annually (dependent on membership levels)
Commitment to provide staff and volunteers to help on exhibition stands where possible
ATOL bonding (overseas travel agents) or other relevant insurance
Membership of Tourism for All
